Yellow trucking company closes Michigan operations, cuts 654


Yellow Corp. has shuttered its Michigan operations as the Nashville-based trucking company heads toward bankruptcy.
The company reported to the state that it permanently closed its facilities in Romulus, Taylor, Jackson, Pontiac and Grand Rapids last week, resulting in the layoff of 654 employees.
