With a 30-day review period ending Monday on New York’s congestion pricing plan to charge up to a $23 fee to enter Manhattan south of 60th Street, New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy is asking federal officials to tap the brakes.
“We put a letter in to ask that the comment period, which is supposed to end on June 12, is extended a month,” Murphy said after an event last week.
