California fast-food institution In-N-Out Burger will soon ban employees from wearing masks at its 41 Texas restaurants and in four other states where it operates, according to a leaked internal memo.
The rules, which go into effect Aug. 14, also apply to employees in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Utah. Failure to comply could result in disciplinary action.
