Currently there are two retirement plans including 403b where you make contributions before tax but after retirement, you pay taxes on whatever you withdraw. With 403b Roth, your contributions are after-tax now but you pay no taxes on both initial investments as well as any gains when you withdraw in the future. I am looking for comments on pros and cons of each.
