A behemoth made an eye watering bid to the founders of the company. The company occupies an incredibly niche space in the biggest industry in the country and is also privately held. I would’ve been talking about this company years ago but who would listen? Everybody thinks their company is the best or whatever.

I’ve recently given investment advice to a number of friends that has been very successful, so I’m confident they will all listen. But now that I can advise my friends and family to purchase stock, I'm absolutely going to do that. But when is it ethical for me to start those talks? I don’t know.
